I was born in 1976 in Warsaw, where I currently live and work. In 2006 I graduated from the Department of Architecture at the University of Technology in Warsaw, specializing in press design, typography and illustration. From 2000 to 2002 I was co-founder and art director of "Fluid" magazine, where I was awarded Best Covers of the Year in the International Press Design Contest "Chimera". In 2003 I co-founded and was art director of “A4”, a monthly publication focusing on Polish fashion and art. I designed the visual communication system for the Kordegarda Gallery in Warsaw, a branch of the National Gallery of Art. My graphic layout in 2004 for Marek Raczkowski's "Historyjki obrazkowe" earned me an honorable mention in the 45th annual Competition for the Most Beautiful Book of the Year. As art supervisor for "Fashion Magazine" quarterly from 2007 to 2009, I received three more awards in the Chimera competition. I collaborated with the Bęc Zmiana Foundation, which recently commissioned me to design a graphic layout for the "Format P" arts quarterly. Together with my brother Tymek, I am one half of the design duo Brothers in Arms.
